    As the former VP, Design Director at Deutsch LA, Rick led major creative initiatives for clients like Sprint and Pandora, driving high-impact campaigns through strategic design thinking. Beyond large-scale brand work, he has designed identity systems for startups, agencies, and emerging brands, ensuring they launch with clarity, impact, and adaptability.

    Now, as co-founder of Nommo Design, he merges AI-driven tools with human creativity, helping brands push the boundaries of identity, digital experience, and intelligent design systems.
